Element Detroit at
the Metropolitan

The historic renovation of Element Detroit at the Metropolitan transformed a long-vacant 14-story, Neo-Gothic building in downtown Detroit into a green-focused Element brand hotel. The stunning renovation–with an emphasis on preservation–brought back to life many of the original architectural details, including the exterior facade, vaulted lobby ceiling, decorative lobby staircase and terrazzo floor in the guest corridors.
