You’ve grown up. So has your Clubhouse.
Refined design and meticulous detailing establish a distinguished level of sophistication in this luxury apartment building.
A dramatic, double-height staircase with a curving post-modern form commands attention in the lobby. Set against bright white walls, its sinuous burgundy finish makes a striking statement, further elevated by a custom art piece that reinforces the post-modern theme through both form and the use of primary colors. These bold focal points are balanced by softer elements, including a cluster of softly glowing Noguchi-inspired paper lanterns and a clean, linear fireplace clad in straight-stacked white tile, with a hearth that extends into built-in bench seating.
In contrast, the more intimate Clubhouse introduces warm modern textures complemented by subtle mid-century influences. A full-height tiled fireplace serves as the anchor for the lounge area, while directly opposite, an expansive wall of millwork features a tiled backsplash framed by a graceful walnut arch. Flanking the kitchen are a pair of banquettes in warm brown upholstery, set against a bespoke, Michigan-inspired wallcovering punctuated by a rhythmic arrangement of sconces. At one end of the space, a floating millwork installation offers wine storage for residents and subtly divides different zones within the Clubhouse.
