2000 Taylor

PTD’s renovation of a 4-story multi-tenant commercial office building in Auburn Hills began with rebranding as “2000 Taylor”. The name is a nod to the building’s address and was also starting point for the design firm to create a distinct identity for the space itself.

The main lobby is lined with greenery and features soft seating groups throughout that boast a beautiful color palette of textiles. Cafe-style tables and stools invite tenants to use the lobby as a retreat from their offices where they can enjoy the warmth and beauty of the space.

PTD reactivated the building’s expansive first-floor common space with a fresh modern interior that compliments the new brand identity and creates a unique communal experience that sets the building apart from other multi-tenant spaces.
