White walls and simple white laminate and maple millwork allow the colorful toys and clothing to stand out and creates a clean Scandi vibe that makes the shopping experience enjoyable for child and parent alike. The design riffs off the idea of a friendly neighborhood park complete with a cheerful band of blue with a cloud shaped border at the ceiling and a playful poured grass-green epoxy over the existing concrete floor.

Shelves are topped with Scandinavian gables that make the space feel like a true kid’s village and modular custom wood units can be easily moved around the store as needed. The minimalist millwork sits atop chunky dowel legs and drawers have oversized knobs for a play on both geometry and scale. A beautiful series of animal prints and Scandinavian inspired art complete the design making this space the perfect tiny town for children to enjoy.
